We may remove content or terminate accounts that we determine violate these Terms or are harmful to the community.

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYSTERYHUB AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited. You may also have rights under consumer protection laws in your country.
11. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MysteryHub regarding the Service. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of our business.
